Happy Mother's Day! xx

I hope you all had a wonderful Mother's Day! You deserve it!!! I spent the day with my mom and family at my mother-in-law's house. We had family over from Italy, we made homemade pizzas, played bocce ball... it was beautiful weather, a perfect day! I'm so glad my girls got to play with their cousins. The baby is my newest niece Siana. Isn't she gorgeous?

My mother-in-law's house is where we did the photoshoot for my third cookbook "Fabulicious: Fast & Fit!" It comes out this Tuesday! I'm so excited! It's my favorite one yet -- 70 all-new, authentic Italian recipes and all heart-healthy! xx

Swimming with the Dolphins

When we were in Mexico we went to this amazing place called Xcaret. There was so much to do, we found something different every day -- new waterslides, beaches, activities...

One of the girls' favorite things was getting to swim with the dolphins. I'm not gonna lie, I didn't do it with them. I was too scared. I have a fear of deep water, my feet have to be touching the ground.

My Little Artists

I had to share this with you. Gabriella loves to draw and wants to be an artist when she grows up. All she wanted for her birthday was painting stuff and colored pencils. We got her her own little art table. She begged me, so I signed her up for Art Classes after school. Milania loves Gabriella and wants to do everything her big sister is doing, so Milania wanted to go too.

NephCure xx

It was my honor this week to participate in an event for NephCure. I got to present them with a check for $60,000 that I helped raise on Celebrity Apprentice. Here's a picture of me with the Trump boys and my sweetheart Matthew, the little boy with kidney disease that inspired me to get involved with NephCure. Isn't he handsome?

Spring Break in Mexico

Joe and I took the girls to Mexico for Spring Break with a bunch of our friends. We stayed at the Iberostar Paraiso Lindo & Maya in Playa Paraiso. It was amazing! The resort is spectacular and so big. We found something new to do every day! Gia went parasailing. The girls swam with dolphins. Audriana keeps asking if we can "go back to Mexico."
